Kensington Outreach Program
Every Thursday evening a group of dedicated volunteers go out to the Kensington section of Philadelphia. We hand out food, clothing, first aid and hygiene supplies to the homeless.

The Hope For The Holidays program was started in November of 2020. We take nominations for families in need of assistance providing their children with a memorable holiday. In our first year, through this program, we were able to help 6 families, totaling 23 children.

In tandem with the work The GRACE Project does for communities, we started Give A “Little” Hope Program!
The program helps children impacted by poverty, sickness, or addiction.
